Accessibility statement
We want the site to be usable by everyone. The goal is conformance with WCAG 2.2 at level AA, and we treat accessibility reports as production bugs.
Conformance status
The site is designed to WCAG 2.2 AA: one first-level heading per page, no skipped heading levels, a visible focus indicator, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, touch targets from 44 pixels and full keyboard operation.
Known limitations
Photographs supplied by cleaning companies may carry alternative text of varying quality. Material with no description is treated as decorative and hidden from assistive technology.
Motion and animation
The site respects the system setting for reduced motion. Once it is switched on, transitions and animations are turned off.
