What a cleaner’s profile shows
The overall rating, the number of completed jobs and the latest comments. Full profiles are available in the app while comparing responses.
If the quality falls short
A dispute opens on the job and is reviewed by a platform moderator. The conversation and materials stay on file, the outcome is recorded, and the history remains in the account.

What does it cost the customer?
Nothing. Posting, responses, comparing and choosing are free. You pay the cleaner directly at the price from their response — the platform does not process the payment and takes no commission from customers.
Who sees my phone number and address?
No exact address is needed for a request — city and district are enough. Your phone number is visible only to the cleaners who responded to your request, five at most.
Why five responses at most?
So choosing stays calm instead of becoming an avalanche of calls. Each response costs the cleaner credits, so the ones who reply genuinely want the job.
How is the price formed?
Each cleaner quotes their own price, based on your description and photos. You compare up to five offers side by side and pick the best one. Specialist work may need an on-site look first.
Are the cleaners verified?
Yes. Everyone confirms their identity — and a company also its business details — before getting access to requests. Reviews come only from cleans that actually happened.
