Cleaning is a service performed in private space. Too often the price, the scope and the responsibility are agreed by phone and recorded nowhere. We build a process where everything important is written down before the visit.
How we work with cleaners
A cleaner confirms their identity, sets their services and districts, and receives matching requests. Responding costs credits, so the people who reply genuinely want the job.
What we do not do
We do not process payments between customers and cleaners and take no commission on the job. We do not publish reviews without a clean that happened. We do not give the customer’s number to anyone except those who responded.
