Requests and responses
A request is posted in the app and is free. Within 48 hours no more than five cleaners reply — each with their own price.
Changing or cancelling
Until a cleaner is chosen, a request can be cancelled on its card. After choosing, arrange things with the cleaner directly — you have their number.
Quality disputes
A dispute opens on the job. A platform moderator reviews it, and the conversation and materials stay on file.
Quality standards
Every cleaner confirms their identity before getting access to requests, and reviews come only after cleans that happened.
Working as a cleaner
Create a cleaner account in the app and pass verification. You get welcome credits to start; responding to a request spends credits.
