This page describes what the terms cover and points to where the binding text is published. The version that applies to your account is presented in the Sprzątaczka24 app before the account is created and before every change of terms.

What the terms cover

The document describes the rules for using the site, the role of Sprzątaczka24 towards the customer and the cleaning company, how a job is agreed, changes of scope, cancellations and quality complaints.

Where to find the binding text

The binding text is versioned and published in the app. It is accepted when the account is created, and every new version has to be confirmed again before the services can be used further.

Legal model

The final legal model of the cooperation with cleaning companies is still being settled. Until it is approved, this page does not replace the document and is not an offer within the meaning of the law.
