How a request works

Clear questions tailored to the service — you answer once.
Photos on the request: cleaners quote most accurately from them.
Five responses at most — no avalanche of phone calls.
Chat with the cleaners right on the request.
A dispute with the platform involved if something goes wrong.

Where the price comes from

Catalogue starting amounts are indicative. The real price is quoted by each cleaner in their response, based on your description and photos. Specialist work, such as cleaning after a renovation, may need an on-site look first.

How it works

01
Describe the clean
City, property, scope and convenient timing. No exact address needed — a district is enough.
02
Receive responses
No more than five vetted cleaners reply with their own price within 48 hours.
03
Compare and choose
Price, profile and arrival time side by side, on one request. Nothing happens until you choose.
04
Arrange it directly
The cleaner you choose gets your number and contacts you. Payment is direct, with no platform commission. Reviews come after the clean.
